This is a personal style reset for ambitious, high-performing professionals who are tired of being underestimated, under-recognised, or overlooked.
They're ready to be promoted, paid more, seen in the press and recognised as an industry thought-leader. And they need a wardrobe that works harder than they do.
WORK HAS CHANGED, SO MUST YOUR WARDROBE
- Is highly competent but not always recognised for it
- Has the ambition, but not the visual presence to match - yet
- Feels her wardrobe is functional but forgettable
- Wants to look and feel in charge without looking like she’s trying too hard
- Knows it’s time to invest in herself like she’s the next headline hire
i'm the person to help you, because...
I was a newspaper editor, overseeing publications with multi-million pound budgets and big teams. And even though personal brand was an important part of the role (as I was invited onto stages and to host events), no one ever helped me with what to wear. I was left to figure it out for myself, and in doing so, other women in leadership started to ask me too. I got promoted four times in 5 years, increasing my income 4 times over; and I know in part it was using my wardrobe as a strategic asset, not simply a collection of clothes. Now I help other women do the same. My clients are at the top of massive companies, have doubled their revenue since working with me, and have spoken on some of the biggest stages in their industries. They're paving the way for themselves, their industries, and other women, one outfit at a time.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
it's time to be industry-known
You’ve got the expertise and experience to make you a journalist’s dream.
But are you dressed for it?
And can they even see you?
Or are you dressed like your industry’s best-kept secret, wondering how the hell Bob with One Brain Cell is getting more clout than you?
I’m ready to go live for the media in five minutes’ flat because, having been a journalist, I know:
1 - responsive sources who know what they’re talking about AND look the part for multimedia are gold
2 - if you do well you’ll get asked back time and time again
3 - what makes you look credible from a wardrobe perspective
There is still a level of fact-checking and a credibility test has is applied to traditional media.
If you’re picked up by the press as an expert who can go live on radio and TV (me last week) then you need a few things:
1 - a standout brand that’s set apart from the rest of your industry, people recognise you and respect your expertise
2 - a wardrobe that adds to your credibility, not detracts from it
3 - ready-to-use assets (high-res imagery for example) the media can use in print and online
And inside my one-on-one offer, Prime Time, this is what we do.
I’ve been on the receiving end of far too many dud pitches from experts who think they’re too clever to care about their appearance, who send over poorly-lit grainy selfies of them basically wearing pyjamas, and it goes in the bin.
So I KNOW from experience that if you can get your act together… you’ll be an editor’s dream.
And what does that do for your career or business?
📣 gets you infront of bigger audiences (and more people who want to pay you)
🗞️ gets you known as a good source, which means more journalists will want to use you
💸 gets you other opportunities, like consulting, speaking and job offers which all make you more money
In 60 days this will have changed:
You will no longer feel like the woman who is still trying to prove herself.
Instead you will:
• speak with far greater authority
• show up more confidently in visible spaces
• feel clear about your positioning and presence
• step into rooms knowing you belong there
You will start seeing yourself as the leader others already recognise.
In one year this will have changed:
Your public identity will match the level you operate at.
People will:
• introduce you differently
• refer to you as an authority
• invite you into higher-level conversations
• perceive you as someone leading the room
You will be pitching for and getting media, speaking gigs and podcast invites. You'll be known as a credible voice of your industry, which leads to more money and opportunities.
This is for ambitious leaders who want to write and sell brilliant books, be on stages, be referred to as industry-leading, land consultancy projects and get paid more.
01
We assess how you’re currently perceived vs how you want to be recognised - across clothing, presence, and personal style. This isn't a Miss Congenality-style makeover. It's subtle and strategic and positions you as a leader, and industry voice.
02
You are one of the hardest-working, most tenacious and determined people you've ever met. Working with me, you'll gain the confidence to finally be seen that way, and get paid like it too.
03
Build the outfits that help you show up powerfully across:
- Focus days
- Presentation days
- High-visibility moments
All the things a high-impact career in 2026 demands of you WITHOUT spending all your time getting dressed.
In eight weeks, you could have a high-impact wardrobe, killer personal brand strategy and the confidence to be an industry leader...
We'll have 4 intensives over a 2-month period to focus on your wardrobe, mindset and personal brand.
Session 1 - the strategy. What do you want, and who do you want to be? We'll set your goals, focus on your purpose and come up with a style vision that will blow you away. I'll create a moodboard for your style direction.
Session 2 - the Wardrobe Audit. We'll spend the day together looking at what works, what doesn't (and why) and spotting any gaps. We'll create new outfits you never thought of, and go through colours, shape etc so you are really confident in your decisions moving forward.
Session 3 - shop & style. Here's where you really step into next-level leadership on a day to get treated like a VIP. We'll head to some of the best shops for good investment, high-quality pieces and plug any gaps in your wardrobe so that you have on-brand outfits that don't take ages to work out.
Session 4 - personal brand. Because it really is not enough to be good at your job. You need to be putting yourself out there. We'll work on a personal brand strategy to include socials, events and thought-leadership, so that you're working on your career, not your job. You'll leave with a 90-day action plan.
Additional bonus: Studio shoot. Visuals are important for speaking gigs, podcast interviews and press features - we'll have a studio shoot in central London to tie everything together and debut your new outfits. You'll leave with 100 ready-to-use images (and a plan for exactly how to do that). [WORTH £1,800]
