yOU WANT TO BE AN INDUSTRY HEADLINE... BUT RIGHT NOW YOU'RE BARELY A NEWS IN BRIEF

Welcome to Prime Time

Prime Time is a four-month visibility and positioning programme for ambitious women who are ready to be promoted, featured, recommended and selected for bigger opportunities.

Together, we strengthen how you are positioned, how you communicate your authority, how you show up visually and how you become more visible to the people who can open the next door.

For women in the workplace who are ready to stop blending in and start being seen.

This is a personal style, brand  and visibility reset for ambitious, high-performing professionals who are tired of being underestimated, under-recognised, or overlooked.

They're ready to be promoted, paid more, seen in the press and recognised as an industry thought-leader. And they need a wardrobe and personal brand that work harder than they do.

Prime Time is for you when:

  • you are ready for promotion, but are not being seen as the obvious choice
  • your expertise is stronger than your public profile (LinkedIn, who?)
  • you want more speaking, press or podcast opportunities (terrifies you, but you’re tired of being in the audience)
  • Your imagery no longer reflects who you want to be (you wouldn’t know what photo to send if a journalist emailed you tomorrow)
  • you have outgrown how you currently present yourself (it’s giving more potato than powerful)
  • you are respected for your work, but not yet recognised as an industry authority (and you’re sick of saying ‘it was a team effort’ when you’ve carried the project over the line)
  • you want a strategic plan for becoming more visible without constantly self-promoting (another thing for the to-do list? No thanks)

We both know you should be the one on the panel...

It should be you getting paid to consult, or contract, across your industry.

But you were taught that your work should 'speak for itself',  and your personal brand plan fell to the bottom of the to-do list. But in the digital age, this isn't optional.  Those who are seen, get paid.

This is not Miss Congeniality. It's not an overnight makeover

No one's going to be talking about you at the water cooler - but they will be talking about you in the boardroom as a serious candidate for promotion.

This is a structured, tried-and-tested 1:1 process I've used with women who've been promoted, paid more, ended up on stages and in the press.

Who are my clients?

I've worked with lawyers, tech experts, accountants, media professionals and journalists, executive leaders and CEOs.
My clients have:
- Been promoted
- Got payrises
- Delivered keynotes & been on panels
- Written books
- Featured on podcasts and in press
- Been headhunted for new positions

These women aren't 'different' than you, and they don't possess some sort of magic styling gene. They're normal women doing extraordinary things.

Promotions, pay rises, and being seen as the obvious next leader don’t happen by accident. They're the result of expertise and experience - but also looking like a leader

Promotions, pay rises, and being seen as the obvious next leader don’t happen by accident - they're the compound effect of looking like a leader, too.

i'm the person to help you, because...

I was a woman in leadership in a male-dominated space

I was a newspaper editor, overseeing publications with multi-million pound budgets and big teams. And even though personal brand was an important part of the role (as I was invited onto stages and to host events), no one ever helped me with what to wear. I was left to figure it out for myself, and in doing so, other women in leadership started to ask me too. I got promoted four times in 5 years, increasing my income 4 times over; and I know in part it was using my wardrobe as a strategic asset, not simply a collection of clothes. Now I help other women do the same. My clients are at the top of massive companies, have doubled their revenue since working with me, and have spoken on some of the biggest stages in their industries. They're paving the way for themselves, their industries, and other women, one outfit at a time.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

You're great at what you do and know you should be promoted, but other people don't

You dress like you’re still proving something about yourself

You never had a clear strategy for how you got here - but the next level requires one

You want to be the person called up to speak on panels, host events or lead the meetings

it's time to be industry-known

You should be someone the media is calling

You’ve got the expertise and experience to make you a journalist’s dream. You should be paid for speaking.

But are you dressed for it?
And can they even see you?
Or are you dressed like your industry’s best-kept secret, wondering how the hell Bob with One Brain Cell is getting more clout than you? Is your Linkedin in dire need of updating?

I get my clients ready to go live in five minutes,  because, having been a journalist, I know:
1 - responsive sources, who know what they’re talking about AND look the part for multimedia, are gold
2 - if you do well you’ll get asked back time and time again
3 - what makes you look credible from a brand and wardrobe perspective

There is still a level of fact-checking and a credibility test has is applied to traditional media.
If you’re picked up by the press as an expert who can go live on radio and TV (me last week) then you need a few things:
1 - a standout brand that’s set apart from the rest of your industry, people recognise you and respect your expertise
2 - a wardrobe that adds to your credibility, not detracts from it
3 - ready-to-use assets (high-res imagery for example) the media can use in print and online
  goes in the bin.

And what does that do for your career or business?

📣 gets you infront of bigger audiences (and more people who want to pay you)

🗞️ gets you known as a good source, which means more journalists will want to use you

💸 gets you other opportunities, like consulting, speaking and job offers which all make you more money

In 60 days this will have changed:

You will be visible in ways you weren't before. You'll have the assets, skills and strategy to put yourself in the right places.

You will:

• speak with far greater authority
• show up more confidently in visible spaces
• feel clear about your positioning and presence
• be pitching for press, podcasts, speaking

You will start seeing yourself as the leader others already recognise.

In one year this will have changed:

Your public identity will match your experience.

People will:

• introduce you differently
• refer to you as an authority
• invite you into higher-level conversations
• perceive you as someone leading the room

You will be pitching for and getting media, speaking gigs and podcast invites. You'll be known as a credible voice of your industry, which leads to more money and opportunities.

This is for ambitious leaders who want to write and sell brilliant books, be on stages, land consultancy projects and get paid more.

being credible on stage, camera and in senior rooms, and ultimately aligning appearance with role and ambition.

03

Your press-ready profile

Build the assets that help you show up powerfully at work, in the media, on panels, and on Linkedin.

We'll work on your LinkedIn, your media credibility, and the assets you'll need - such as high-impact visuals - to be ready to be seen and recognised as an industry stand-out.

THE DETAILS:

A high-impact wardrobe, a clear personal brand strategy and the confidence to be an industry leader...
We'll start with a comprehensive audit. Using my media background, I'll identifies the gap between your capability, how you are currently perceived, and how you needs to be positioned to secure the next opportunity.
It is not simply a review of LinkedIn, wardrobe or personal brand. It looks at the full visibility system around her career or business.
We'll then have 4 intensives over a 4-month period to focus on your wardrobe, mindset, personal brand and media readiness.
Session 1  - Positioning and Promotion Strategy - We’ll clarify what you want to be known for, the opportunities you want to attract and how you need to be perceived. We’ll identify the gap between your current reputation and your desired positioning, then create a clear strategy for becoming more visible to the right people.
Session 2 - Leadership Presence and Visual Authority - We’ll align how you show up with the level you are stepping into. This includes your wardrobe, professional image, and the visual signals you are sending in meetings, on stage, on camera and in other high-visibility environments.
Session 3 - Profile and Authority Assets - We’ll strengthen the materials that help other people understand, recommend and select you. Together, we’ll refine your LinkedIn profile, key messages, expert topics, professional imagery and the proof that supports your authority.
Session 4 - Visibility and Opportunity Plan - We’ll turn your positioning into action. We'll increase your internal and external visibility, including promotion conversations, stakeholder relationships, thought leadership, speaking, media, podcasts and other opportunities relevant to your goals.
All sessions will be booked in advance so you know exactly what, when.
Additional bonus: Studio shoot. Visuals are important for speaking gigs, podcast interviews and press. features - we'll have a studio shoot in central London to tie everything together and debut your new outfits. You'll leave with 100 ready-to-use images (and a plan for exactly how to do that). [WORTH £1,800]
